How it works

A Bande is your private group. Create one, suggest a plan and share the invitation.

  1. Start a Bande

    Give your Bande a name and a colour. Share the invitation link wherever you already talk, for example on WhatsApp.

  2. Suggest a plan

    If the time is set, add it. Otherwise, suggest several times and let the others vote.

  3. Everyone answers

    In, maybe or out: see who has replied. The bring list and shared expenses stay with the plan.

From day one

Everyone can take part without an account.

You don't need to persuade everyone to sign up. Add people by name and share their personal links.

  • Add people by name

    A name is enough. Manage replies, bring-list items, expenses and birthdays for people without an account or email address.

  • Answer for them

    Ben said yes in the chat? Enter his reply. The plan shows that you entered the answer for him.

  • Split costs with everyone

    Split expenses with people who don't have a Bande account. When they pay you back, record the payment.

  • Everyone gets their own link

    Grandma can reply herself using her personal link. If she connects an account later, she can claim the details already entered for her.

People you add by name receive no message from Bande. You share their personal links yourself, for example on WhatsApp.

Keep your Banden separate.

Each Bande is separate. You choose who to invite to a group or to an individual plan.

    Your family doesn't see what the running club plans, and the other way round.

  • Guests see only their plan

    An invitation to one plan gives access to that plan only. Other plans and the rest of the Bande stay private.

  • No password

    Sign in with an email link or a passkey you have already set up.

  • Exploring stays private

    Searches and viewed suggestions are not stored per person. Popularity counts Banden and appears only after at least five Banden.
